The Lonely Island group, consisting of “Saturday Night Live” dudes Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone, have created yet again another viral hit with “The Creep.” And, this time, Nicki Minaj joins them!

It’s fair to say the rumors about rumored love birds Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez seeing “The King’s Speech” have been squashed – the Biebs called into “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Monday and revealed that they two saw Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher‘s romantic comedy “No Strings Attached.”

On just her first day on the job, new “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” blogger Tanya ‘Rad’ is already making waves when she revealed that she holds a workplace crush on none-other than Ryan’s boss. The 23-year-old blogger for ryan.kiisfm.com told Ryan Monday that for months, she’s had her eyes set on Clear Channel Los Angeles General Manager Greg Ashlock – the man that oversees all eight of our LA & OC radio stations.

39 year-old Burke told Ryan about how she shot the incredibly revealing cover for the book, explaining that she may not have been entirely naked for the shot that shows her strategically sitting cross-legged while teasing her hair.

There have been some pretty AWKWARD “Saturday Night Live” moments through the years:  Sinead O’Connor tearing a picture of the pope, Ashlee Simpson so OBVIOUSLY lip-syncing her hit songs, and pretty much EVERY skit where Jimmy Fallon lost his composure.  (Which was PRETTY MUCH every skit he was in!)

But, none may be more awkward than the meeting of Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg and SNL Host Jesse Eisenberg, who played him in the movie “The Social Network.”  Granted, we wouldn’t expect Zuckerberg to be comfortable on camera like this — he’s a computer programmer.  But — maybe it’s just me — but Eisenberg looked overly uncomfortable in his own skin too.  If you missed it, take a watch here.  And cringe.

As he nears the release of his first feature film, 16-year-old singing phenomenon Justin Bieber will join “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Monday to talk about the film and more!

Though we’re sure the two will cover a range of topics including the film, his influence on “American Idol,” life as a teenage superstar and more, but all we REALLY want to know about is the adorable video of Bieber and his rumored girlfriend Selena Gomez leaving a movie theatre in Burbank, CA. After being blown away by the extra-sensory experience that was “Avatar,” Ryan took his radio staff on a field trip to see the newest 3D adventure from James Cameron and had this to say about it…

“If you’re a fan of Avatar, this is something you definitely gotta see. The 3D made me feel like I was trapped with them!”
