Though morning may be the most painful part of one’s day, it doesn’t have to be, so we consulted Ryan’s personal trainer Jeff Deperon who gave us three tips to create a better start to your day.

LISTEN | Ryan’s Trainer Calls with 3 Tips

1. STRETCH - Being limber and loose as you start your day allows for greater flexibility from the car to office and beyond, and decreases your chances of getting cramps and pains as you go on your day.

2. HAVE BREAKFAST - The most important meal of the day should not be missed as it provides you with the fuel you need to jump right into the work day. Going into work hungry and lethargic is the best way of promising you’ll get less work done.

3. BE ON TIME - When you’re on time, it feels good, makes you look good to co-workers, and most importantly always bodes well with the boss. Being on time allows you to start your tasks on schedule thus increasing your likelihood to finish on time (or early!)
