Shakira Debuts Hot New Single “Loca” [AUDIO]

In less than a year after the release of her last album She Wolf, Shakira is back with a new bilingual album Sale El Sole, to be released on November 2 and led by the first single “Loca.”

The Spanish version of “Loca” was world premiered by People En Espanol Wednesday, just after the English version of the song surfaced online, featuring British rapper Dizzee Rascal.
